Welcome to StrategyWiki![edit]

Hello Daniel Benoy! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the editing article or the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the community portal talk page. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- Prod (Talk) 19:42, 4 March 2007 (CST)

Image categorisation[edit]

I see you've been uploading a few images lately. When doing so, could you please make sure to categorise them using the correct image categories? The image policy is viewable here, and contains all the information you'll need to categorise future uploads. --DrBob (Talk) 00:19, 5 March 2007 (CST)

Template usage[edit]

The concept behind a template is that it should serve as a container for formatting that you wish to use frequently. Designing a template that has only one use and can only be used one place throughout the entire site is wasteful. On top of that, it's much more frustrating for users who come along after to you to edit the template as opposed to simply editing the content in the guide. I replaced your FFVI character specific templates with a generalized one. You can see how it's used in Chapter 1 of your guide. I know that someone set a bad precedent with the use of specific boss templates, and that will have to be dealt with at well as some point, but I wanted to deter you from following in the same practice before it became a habit. Thanks. Procyon 10:11, 5 March 2007 (CST)
