Welcome to StrategyWiki![edit]

Hello GBgamer! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide or ask a sysop, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the forums. To keep up-to-date with the goings on of the wiki, consider adding the noticeboard to your watchlist.

Image categorisation[edit]

When uploading images, please make sure to categorise them using the correct image categories and the guide-specific category, i.e. [[Category:Game Name images]]. Please see our image policy for more details. Thanks for helping to keep our images neat! — Procyon 01:45, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

I added a general description and the necessary categories to all of the images you uploaded. Please see File:Oot hos.jpg as an example of what I added that we require. Thank you, --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 17:04, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
This is your final reminder. Please add the correct categories to the files that you are uploading. Please confirm that you have read this. Procyon 02:13, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

Requesting a favor[edit]

Hi GBGamer, thank you for adding categories to the pictures you've uploaded, we appreciate it. I do have one other favor to ask of you. The images that you've uploaded are rather large and of high quality. But when they are displayed in a guide (or on your user page) they get shrunk down. Therefore, you're uploading images with much larger file sizes than necessary. We perform regular backups of our images, and those large file sizes increase the size of our backups. Could you please reduce the size of your images before you upload them? Usually 320 pixels wide or under 100KB in size is preferable. Thank you very much. Procyon 19:33, 12 July 2014 (UTC)
