Image naming

Please see our policy on image naming. For consistency and ease of use throughout the wiki, image names should contain the name of the game or its abbreviation and a one or two word description. Thanks for helping to keep our images neat! — Procyon 19:12, 10 October 2022 (UTC)

Additionally, we provide a template for you to fill out. It's very important that you fill this out so the image is properly categorized. Images that are larger than standard 1:1 resolution should not be uploaded as png's, they should be jpg's. Your Alundra images are several times bigger than they should be, and as a consequence are more than half a Meg in size. 500KB for one image isn't too bad, but considering the number of images we host, that would add up quickly. Please either downsize your images, or save them using a compression format. In summary:

1. Please resize or re-export your images
2. Upload them with a name that matches the site's naming policy
3. Fill in the provided template in the description when you upload them.

For images like File:Door 5 timing.jpg, you can click the "Move" button in the top right (it might be in the "More" dropdown) to rename the image to something more appropriate. That way you don't have to re-upload it. -- Prod (talk) 20:46, 10 October 2022 (UTC)
