Out of scope topic deleted

I apologize, but I had to delete Sid_Meier's_Alpha_Centauri/Social_Engineering_Mod, as it does not fall within the scope of this site. Pages which inform players of how to play a game are welcome, but discussions on how to improve the game are not. Additionally, your page contained multiple NPOV violations. I attempted to remove some of them, but I quickly discovered that you had addressed the readers from a first-person perspective throughout the entire page, and that is not permitted on this site.

Please keep your contributions restricted to factual information about the game itself, and remember to use a neutral point of view throughout your writing. Thank you. Procyon 20:13, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

I've restored the page, and put a tag to mention the deletion. The modding itself seems fairly straightforward (edit a text file), so I'm not sure if we could count it within scope. -- Prod (talk) 00:14, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
