Welcome to StrategyWiki![edit]

Hello Razioking00! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the editing article or the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the community portal talk page. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- Prod (Talk) 16:31, 1 March 2007 (CST)

Formatting Tips[edit]

Hi Razioking00, I'm just here to give you a few tips while writing guides:

  1. Avoid =Level 1= headings. The largest heading we use in StrategyWiki is the ==Level 2== heading. This is because we don't want headings larger than the page's title.
  2. Always provide a concise edit summary. This is not done by just copying and pasting what you wrote into the summary, but summarizing what you changed. For example, if you wrote a section on basic controls and maneuvers, write "Basic controls and maneuvers" into the edit summary.
  3. If you are unsure of how to do something, ask at the Staff Lounge or check out the guide to using StrategyWiki.

Keep these tips in mind while editing pages, and your efforts will continue to grow and be smiled upon. Thank you and happy editing! --Ryan SchmidtTalk - Contribs 17:56, 1 March 2007 (CST)

Furthermore:
  1. Do not write your guides in the first person. You must avoid using "I" or "me" (or "we") when you are explaining how to do something.
  2. Please try to maintain NPOV (Neutral Point of View) and refrain from giving too many of your own personal opinions about an aspect of the game. It is perfectly alright, however, to compare an aspect of the game to another (e.g. special move A is more powerful than special move B).
  3. You do not need to press return in the middle of a sentence when editing your guides. Let the text go all the way to the right, and only press return if you intend to start a new paragraph (in which case, it is preferable to press return twice so that you skip one line.)
Please note some of the changes that I made to your walkthrough. Procyon 18:15, 1 March 2007 (CST)

Your walkthrough[edit]

Prod did not delete your walkthrough. He moved the controls information to the controls page, which is the proper place for that information to go. It's still complete, just in a better location. Additionally, never edit another user's userpage. If you want to leave a comment for them, please use their talk as, just as I am doing for you. No one should edit your user page without your permission. Procyon 20:39, 1 March 2007 (CST)
