After using the Runes and two bottles of Agility, attack with Fire spells (Lejus, Kamil, Olvan, Wilme) and bottles of Fire (Esuna, Valsu, Lux). Esuna's Ice2 spell can also be effective if she's leveled up enough. Wilme's Magic Power is the weakest of the 7 characters, so leveling up more than the others should bring about better results.
