'''Donkey Kong Jungle Beat''' (ドンキーコングジャングルビート) is a [[Nintendo]] [[GameCube]] game featuring the gorilla [[:Category:Donkey Kong|Donkey Kong]] and, although compatible with the standard controller, is primarily played with the DK Bongos. It was the first video game to receive an [[ESRB]] rating of E10+. Jungle Beat is unlike games in the [[:Category:Donkey Konga|Donkey Konga]] series, which also incorporate the DK Bongos. It is a [[:Category:Single player|single player]] 2D [[:Category:Platform|platformer]] rather than a rhythm-keeping game. The gameplay relies on some rhythmic elements, such as clapping at the right time to get all of the bananas in an area, or incapacitate a boss, but the majority of the congos' use comes from directing Donkey Kong's movement, jumping and attacks. The game was later re-released for the [[Wii]], with the bongo controls replaced by the Wii remote and nunchuck.
