It is possible to edit the rules (units, technology tree, etc.) for the random scenarios that People's Tactics generates. To do this:
- Make a backup of the file "2PL_Two_Rivers.pt1" in the folder "scenarios"
- Find or create a scenario with the units and technology tree you wish to use for randomly generated games.
- Take the scenario in question and copy it, giving it the name "2PL_Two_Rivers.pt1" and putting it in the "scenarios" folder.
Since People's Tactics uses the "2PL_Two_Rivers.pt1" scenario as a template for random maps, this hack allows one to play random games with a different set of units and a different tech tree than the one included with the default random scenario.
