Guides are open for anyone to edit, and to accomodate multiple authors we've decided to use a neutral point of view, meaning content should be written in the third person, with no opinions and a somewhat professional tone. Please keep this in mind as you're editing, and try to avoid words like "I" or "we", or use of slang or non-factual information. :Hi, this is another reminder to keep the point of view neutral in your edits. Many people edit these pages, so don't write from the first person perspective (don't say "I"). Image uploads

Please see our policy on image naming and categorization. For consistency and ease of use throughout the wiki, image names should contain the name of the game or its abbreviation and a one or two word description. All images also need the appropriate categories added, as well as the guide-specific image category (e.g. [[Category:Diablo images]]). Thanks for helping to keep our images neat! — najzereT 17:30, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi, this is another reminder about your image uploads. Please put the name of the game at the beginning of the filename followed by a word or two describing the image. For example, I renamed "Currentdiablo1" to "Diablo menu screen", so someone looking at the title can get an idea of what it might contain. The images also need to be properly categorized with an image category and guide-specific image category. For the image mentioned above (Image:Diablo menu screen.jpg), I put [[Category:Screenshots]] and [[Category:Diablo images]] on it. Please remember to follow our image policy so we can keep all the images on the wiki organized. Thanks, — najzereT 18:24, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Neutral point of view

Guides are open for anyone to edit, and to accomodate multiple authors we've decided to use a neutral point of view, meaning content should be written in the third person, with no opinions and a somewhat professional tone. Please keep this in mind as you're editing, and try to avoid words like "I" or "we", or use of slang or non-factual information.
