The WarioWatch is a slightly different rule set than the rest of the characters. Rather than give a time limit on a per-game basis, WarioWatch gives you only a few seconds to complete as many games as possible. There are no lives - just time. Of course, if you complete the games fast enough, you're awarded extra time.

Note that the Introduction stage is the same as WarioWatch, except there is no time limit at all, and only five games are played before the game is over.

Unlockable later on is the Speedier Spin stage, which is also the same as WarioWatch, except all games are Level 3 at very high speed, and you are given far less time to complete them.
