There are ten secret stages in this game, and to access them, it is necessary for either Pac-Man to find the way to reach (and eat) the ice cylinder on the fortieth stage; however, if you clear the fortieth stage without eating the ice cylinder, then the game will end immediately and its credits will not be shown. Once you have cleared the ten secret stages, the game's credits will be shown, but the stages are much harder due to the short time given to clear each one (just 41 seconds) - however, some of them contain pocket watches which will add ten more seconds to their timers when either Pac-Man eats them.

Stage 41

This maze is containing 100 pellets, one bomb, 16 ghosts and a timing of 41 seconds; there are also 2 hidden power pellets and one hidden helmet, and to reveal them, either Pac-Man must eat the bomb (but doing so shall also free the twelve ghosts that start the stage trapped in the corners of the maze).

If you clear this stage without eating any bonus items (which, if you can still jump by this time, shall be a little easier), the tenth bonus stage shall appear.

Stage 42

This maze contains 123 pellets, 2 power pellets, 2 winged sneakers, 3 pocket watches, 5 helmets, one pair of sunglasses, 2 wormholes, 4 computers, 3 spectres, and a time of 41 seconds; besides those, there's also a hidden big red pellet in the north wall, and to reveal it, you will have to eat one (or two, if you had been touched since Stage 40) of the helmets to make it become a solar helmet then fire eight shots at the blocks in the left side of the wall at the top-centre of the maze to destroy them before the L-meter runs out. You can then eat the big red pellet and automatically qualify for the bonus stage.

If you clear this stage without eating any bonus items (or by eating the big red pellet in the north wall of the maze), the eleventh bonus stage will appear.

Stage 43

This maze contains: 50 pellets, 2 power pellets, 2 extra lives, 2 pocket watches, 1 helmet, 1 pair of sunglasses, 6 strawberries, 2 wormholes, 4 spectres, 2 eggmen, and a time of 41 seconds; furthermore, if you want to eat the extra lives and strawberries, you must (providing you hadn't been touched since Stage 41) eat the helmet to make it become a solar helmet then fire four shots at the blocks in the north-east and south-west of the wall at the centre of the maze to destroy them before the L-meter runs out. But if you were touched since Stage 41, there is no way to reach the extra lives and strawberries.

If you clear this stage without eating any bonus items (which, if you can still jump by this time, shall be a little easier), the twelfth bonus stage will appear.

Stage 44

This maze contains 122 pellets, one helmet, 6 eggs (plus 5 hidden ones, making a total of 11), 9 eggmen, 2 barbells, and a time of 41 seconds; if either Pac-Man eats the helmet when he already has one, it shall also become a solar helmet for a short period of time, and he may fire shots at the enemies to temporarily remove them from the maze.

There also some hidden items: 4 hamburgers, 14 pairs of cherries, five strawberries, one helmet, one bomb and one extra life.

If you finish this stage without eating any bonus items (which, if you can still jump by this point, will be a little easier), the thirteenth bonus stage appears.

Stage 45

This maze contains: 67 pellets (plus 14 hidden, 81 in total), one extra life, two winged sneakers, two bombs, two pairs of sunglasses, 8 bolts, 5 barbells, and a time of 41 seconds; if either Pac-Man can still jump, and jumps over either winged sneaker to eat either bomb (which they will have no choice but to do to reveal the hidden pellets and eat them to clear the stage), it will also free the barbell that starts the stage trapped by them. Besides those, there are also two hidden pocket watches, and they will be revealed after either bomb is eaten - however, due to the fact that one of the stage's bombs has to be eaten, it is impossible to clear it by only eating all its regular pellets, and as there are no big red pellets there is no way to qualify for the bonus stage.

Stage 46

This maze contains: 43 pellets, 2 power pellets, one bomb, 2 winged sneakers, 17 capsules, 3 bolts, and a time of 41 seconds; it is also advisable to eat one of the power pellets before eating one (or both if your Pac-Man can't jump) of the winged sneakers and jumping over the wall surrounding the bomb. Besides those, there are also two hidden big red pellets and sixteen hidden eggs, and to reveal them either Pac-Man must eat the bomb - however, they must eat either of the winged sneakers (or both of them if they cannot jump) for it (or them) to become a high jump then jump over the wall surrounding the bomb to reach it. If either Pac-Man eats either of the big red pellets, the stage will immediately be cleared and the first bonus stage will appear, even if both Pac-Mans have already eaten the bomb, either or both of the power pellets, either or both of the winged sneakers, and/or some or all of the eggs.

Stage 47

This maze contains just one pellet, one big red pellet, 11 pairs of cherries, 4 capsules, 3 greenies and the time of 41 seconds; if either Pac-Man eats the big red pellet (which is only possible for them if they still have the ability to jump), the stage will immediately be cleared, and the second bonus stage will appear (even if both Pac-Mans have already eaten some or all of the cherries between them as they usually only appear when they clear a stage by not eating any bonus items). Given there are no pairs of sunglasses, the eleven arrows in the image below indicate the positions of the invisible holes in the wall and show the path that both Pac-Mans shall have to take to reach the regular pellet (or the big red one, if your Pac-Man still has the ability to jump).

Stage 48

This maze is containing: 92 pellets (plus 10 hidden pellets, 102 in total), 8 hamburgers, 4 eggs, 2 bombs, 5 blobs, 4 greenies, and a time of 41 seconds; however, if either Pac-Man eats any of the hamburgers on this stage, they will also end up freeing one of the greenies (as all four greenies on this stage happen to start it trapped by them). If your Pac-Man does not have the ability to jump, he shall have no choice but to eat at least one of the hamburgers, and to reveal the ten hidden pellets, either Pac-Man must eat either bomb, which will free all the greenies - however, as one of the stage's bombs has to be eaten, it is impossible to clear it by only eating all its regular pellets, and as there are no big red pellets there is no way to qualify for the bonus stage.

Stage 49

This maze contains 62 pellets, one bomb, 7 flames, 7 blobs, and a time of 41 seconds; besides those, there is also one hidden power pellet, one hidden helmet and two hidden eggs, and to reveal them, either Pac-Man must eat the game's last bomb (but if they should do so, they'll forfeit the bonus stage).

If you clear this stage without eating any bonus items (which, if you can still jump by this point, shall be a little easier), the fourth bonus stage will appear.

Stage 50

The game's true last maze contains 114 pellets, 2 extra lives, 14 pairs of cherries, 8 ghosts, 5 flames, and a time of 41 seconds; once your Pac-Man has eaten every pellet (or both Pac-Mans have eaten every pellet between them in a two-player game), the game shall end and its credits shall be displayed.
