Head to F.E.A.S.T. in Chinatown to start the next mission. You don't actually have to enter the building this time; just stand on the roof, or perch near a ledge with 
to wait for morning. Once you enter as Peter, go to the back of the building, where you should see a staircase leading to Martin Li's office. Press 
by the door to trigger a scene, then exit the building to conclude the mission.
Completing this mission unlocks a side mission in Harlem: Spider-Men.
