Simply press the T button on any chator click on the chat you wish to speak in. Galaxy-speak to people in the same galaxy as you Team- Speak to people in the same team as you All- Speak to anyone about anything but noting abusive :P Trade- Speak to anyone about trade relations e.g if you wish to buy or sell something Squad- Speak to people in the same squad as you.
