I just noticed the flowerbeds reduce how much blocking you need to do

Now collect the two hearts in the lower left and push the leftmost emerald onto the left-arrow on its right to be able to walk up through the right-arrow, left onto the first down-arrow, and up to the remaining hearts. Or you could walk around the right to get up there, just so long as you don't leave that emerald a full tile left or up from its starting position. The Skulls will be trapped by a combination of emeralds and flowerbeds, allowing you to safely reach the jewel box by stepping through the down-arrows with the flowerbed between them to get to the desert.
# Walk up into the left-arrow to get back to the right and push both emeralds over the Skulls a half-tile to the left, starting with the left one. Each emerald should now be half-covering two Skulls of its own.
# Get up to the first tile of sand and proceed left through one down-arrow to stand on the flowerbed directly above the leftmost emerald. Walk through the right-arrow and push the emerald two tiles all the way down to the bottom.
# Travel back up to that flowerbed and step onto the second down-arrow from the left to reach the upper-left hearts. The Skulls should all be trapped, allowing you to safely step through the same two down-arrows and cross the desert to the jewel box.
