+This one's a little stranger.  Knowing the hole system is the key.

+* Go left and push the EF on E9 so it traps the Don in the lower left. Push the EF on C8 up and back down to B11.  This will cover up hole 1, which is necessary.
+* Go back right and get the heart on K9.  Go left before the Rocky pushes you down.
+* Go up and when the Rocky is out of the way, move down to H5 and tap the EF down a half space.
+* Go over the 2 breaking bridges and wait on J6 for the Rocky to clear.  When it does, move down and get the heart on I8.  Shoot the Rocky and push it left into the water.  Get the hearts in I7 and E7 then.
+* Rocky will appear on A6.  When it does, move the EF between H6 and H7 over to K8.  Get the heart on A6 for an arrow power.
+* Go down to I10.  When the Rocky is away, move in and right.  Shoot it and push it left to H10.  Use your arrow power when you're on K9 and push the EF up one.
+* When Rocky hatches and is moving, wait for it to go left.  Then shoot it and push it down to D11.  Get the heart and hit the egg again.  Stand on C5 to be sure the Rocky to the left covers A5.  The other Rocky will reappear up on D1.
