Go to hte Transfer Loop and look for an office, duck underneath the gate and scan the poster that reads "Iceberg Lounge".

Stand on the destroyed elevator at the bottom of the pit in Secure Transit and look up to find a vent, crawl through it and to the right and scan the blueprints in the secret area.

Go back to the Holding Cells and scan the cell with all of the question marks on the walls.
