Status Ailments[edit]
Some monster attacks may apply status ailments. A higher priority status ailment will replace the current status ailment. The order of priority is Poison > Panic > Paralysis > Seal.

Labyrinths[edit]
Labyrinths are where you take your team to explore and fight monsters. The layout is randomly generated and consists of rooms and corridors. It changes each time you enter the labyrinth. The objective is to reach the depths and defeat the boss at the end. On each floor is a goal portal that takes you down to the next level. At the start of each floor is another portal where you can exit the labyrinth. You can use the radar map to navigate each floor. Press to change how it is displayed.
There are various gimmicks that can be found throughout a labyrinth. They can have positive or negative effects. Treasure chests contain an item and purple ones may trigger a battle. Recovery springs can restore HP, MP, or Bond Points. Some doors may be sealed until your Star Children have a certain strength.
As the story progresses, sub labyrinths become available and are colored purple on the labyrinth select screen. They are optional but contain rare items.
