This thing was in the carrot. Dodge it's strings and kill the little spear guys (Biffiduses) and destroy the straws when they appear. Keep dealing damage, when you have won it dies and you can head on. You are chased into a room where Toadbert is. Hammer the blue nubbin to help Bowser.
