* {{gb|Down|Dpad}} - Go into a crouch. Push twice to enter morph ball mode.

* {{gb|B}} - Fire weapons; drop morph ball bomb; also the "Cancel" button.
* {{gb|R}} - Hold this button and push {{gb|B}} to fire missiles. In morph ball mode, hold this and push {{gb|B}} to drop a power bomb.
* {{gb|L}} - Hold to aim diagonally with ease. Push up or down to aim diagonally up or down, respectively.
