* Touko (''The girl in red''): "SUMMON!!", Triple "Boost!!" To activate her special, crash onto her once, and do not hit other girls. When her SPECIAL is used, a wooden sword will be 'summon'ed and she will slash Taichi and give him a huge speed boost.

* Miki and Kiri (''The blonde school girl & the blue haired girl''): "Boost!!", "Boost!!/COMBINATION!!", "Boost!!" To activate their special, wait until they come in pairs (the order of the two doesn't matter, it only effects the visuals), then hit the one on the left. On SPECIAL, the two will beat up the boy in tandem and send him far.

To activate her special, hit any girl but the black haired, and then do not hit the ground (hitting the boys is fine, just don't hit the ground). On SPECIAL (which is a must unless the player wants the game to end), the three other girls will beat up Taichi, then the girl with glasses follows suit. Massive speed boost (the most powerful of the specials), and relatively rare. Be careful when trying to prompt this special, as it is likely that Taichi will hit the ground just left of the girl before hitting her, thus disabling the special, and then ending the game.

Nanaca Crash game in progress

Nanaca Crash is a fan-made Flash game which features characters from an eroge called Cross Channel. In the game, the player launches a boy (Taichi) through the air (by hitting him with a bicycle).

Unlike the Cross Channel games, Nanaca Crash is free from erotic material.

Game play

Nanaca Crash's entire object is to keep Taichi bouncing through the simple two-dimensional world for as long as possible. Upon hitting a certain girl, or stopping forward motion, the game ends, and the distance you covered is shown.

Starting

The game starts with the player setting the angle and power with which Nanaca (the girl on the bike) will launch Taichi. Setting the launch angle and power generally determines how the rest of the game will go. For best results, use mid to low angles and high power.

Aerial Crash

You have limited control over your flight path (to an extent) by using the aerial crash ability. You are given 3 upward crashes to last the entire game (denoted as † signs next to the red arrow), and a downward crash which recharges while Taichi is between the trees and the top of the screen. To activate an aerial crash, simply click anywhere when the word "AERIAL" is red or blue (denoting an upward or downward crash). You may only crash upwards when you are travelling downwards in the air, and downwards when you are travelling up. Also, you can only use either crash while you are between the trees and the top of the screen.

Effects

Once you are in the air, there is an endless line of people to crash into. Crashing into them will have effects on your flight path, as detailed below:

These girls send you farther and faster. Try to hit them. "Boost!!/ZUBAAAAAAAN!"

  • Touko (The girl in red): Slaps Taichi and launches him further. Good horizontal speed boost.
  • Miki (The blonde school girl): Punches Taichi into the air. Good vertical speed boost.
  • Kiri (The blue haired girl): Kicks Taichi. Intermediate horizontal/vertical boost.

These girls generally hinder your game. Avoid them unless aiming for a SPECIAL.

  • Misato (The girl with glasses): "STOP!!" If you run into Misato, Taichi will cling to her and end the game, unless a SPECIAL is in effect. See below.
  • Youko (The black haired girl): "THROUGH and RUN!!" Negates the effect of the next girl you hit ("BLOCK"), unless a SPECIAL is in effect. (See below) If you hit one of the two boys, she will attack them, and their standard effect will apply.

These guys mess up Taichi's flight. Avoid them whenever desired.

  • Sakuraba Hiroshi (The blonde boy): "ANGLE UP/DOWN" Changes your flight path, either extremely vertical or extremely horizontal. Bad to hit if your flight path is not vertical(which it usually isnt').
  • Tomoki (The darker haired boy): "SLOW DOWN" and "DEATH?†" Slows you down. Also bad to hit.

Specials

There is a meter in the top right of the screen which displays when a special is ready, and which character you must hit. When the special of a certain character is active, hitting that character will produce a big, red, SPECIAL (Click!) prompt on the screen. If you click the mouse button anywhere on the screen before an X appears on top of SPECIAL (which happens after about two seconds), the special is activated; if not, the character's standard effect will apply.

  • Touko (The girl in red): "SUMMON!!", Triple "Boost!!" To activate her special, crash onto her once, and do not hit other girls. When her SPECIAL is used, a wooden sword will be summoned, Touko will change costume, and she will slash Taichi and give him a huge speed boost. After her SPECIAL is used, it will still be enabled until she hits another girl.
  • Miki and Kiri (The blonde school girl & the blue haired girl): "Boost!!", "Boost!!/COMBINATION!!", "Boost!!" To activate their special, wait until they come in pairs (the order of the two doesn't matter, it only effects the visuals), then hit the one on the left. On SPECIAL, the two will beat up the boy in tandem and send him far.
  • Misato (The girl with glasses): "STOP!!", "BREAK!!", Quadruple "Boost!!" To activate her special, hit any girl but the black haired, and then do not hit the ground (hitting the boys is fine, just don't hit the ground).

Nanaca Specials

Usually, crashing into Youko (The black haired girl) will block your next crash, but depending on who the next person you hit is, you can activate a very rare and hard to get Nanaca Special. When you are in range of the second person you must hit, whether it is a boy or a girl, "VS C.F.F." will be displayed in the top right meter, along with a pointer at who you must hit. However, you must hit a girl for the Youko to appear and block; if you hit a boy, the boy's effects will take place, regardless if he is a C.F.F. opponent or not. Also, if you do hit a female C.F.F. opponent, you must click it as with a normal special, or the effect will be lost. If activated, Youko will teleport and attempt to block the person you are trying to hit, but Yusa (light-haired schoolgirl) will appear, slap Taichi, and use a random "Comic Force Field" (C.F.F.) ability on Taichi. This is always displayed upon activating these specials, but depending on what girl you hit, the effect will be one of the following:

  • If you hit Misato (The girl with glasses) you get Type A - Double Impact: Taichi will become green, and any boost he gets will be doubled in power. Doesn't last long.
  • If you hit Touko (The girl in red) you get Type B - Charge Blast: Taichi will become red, and every time he gets a speed boost from the girls, he gets a "charge". If the player would get a game over (via zero speed or the girl with glasses), Taichi will explode (and return to normal color), giving him extra boost depending on how many charges he got before.
  • If you hit Kiri (The blue haired girl) you get Type C - Parachute Death Sentence Ver. Nanaca: Taichi will become blue, and will fly perfectly horizontally passing over 90-100 people(the number left will be displayed), then resume normal flight. If the effect of another Nanaca special is active as this one is activated, the number of people will be increased by about 100.
  • If you hit Miki (The blonde school girl) you get Type D - Bound Boost: Normally, Taichi will slow down if he hits the ground. This special reverses the effect; he will become yellow, and speed up if he hits the ground. He will still slow down if he runs into Tomoki, however.

If you get a Nanaca special while another's effect is still active, the previous effect will be negated.
