Wedding Bells is the first stage and thus acts as a tutorial. Clear the junk off the table as instructed and remove the cushions by grabbing and dropping them. Under the cushions, you should find a key. Pick up the key and move it up so that it passes by both locks on the cabinet. Grab the cabinet door to open it and the wall will subsequently collapse. Walk over the fallen wall and grab the game's first tie (1/3), on the door handle. Grab the door handle afterward to push open the door and walk through. At the end of this next room, approach the giant cake and lift it to find the next tie (2/3) underneath.
Open the door to the left by grabbing the handle and pushing. Inside this closet is Octodad's tux. Grab it to put it on. Behind the tux is a key. Grab it and continue to hold it as you walk back into the previous room. Use the key to unlock the door on the opposite side. You must now find Octodad's bowtie. Dodge the banana peels as you head for the double doors that lead into the next room. A camera angle will reveal Octodad's bowtie on the stained glass window. Throw one of the presents at the window by grabbing and then releasing the present as Octodad's arm swings upward. Octodad can now pick up the bowtie. Grab it and bring it toward Octodad to put it on.
Raise the gate and pass through the many double doors to at last reach the scene of the wedding (you can also put on a top hat that can be found in the hall, though it doesn't affect anything outside of Octodad's appearance). Walk carefully down the center of the aisle, taking big steps over the banana peels in order to avoid making a scene. On Xbox and Steam, you can get the Domino Dynamo achievement here for knocking down the pillars on either side of the aisle, creating a domino effect. However, all pillars must be knocked down to earn this achievement. Start by carefully grabbing the first pillar and then giving it a gentle push. If all pillars aren't knocked down, you can reload the checkpoint via the pause menu to reset the pillars and start again.
To the left of Scarlet is an organ, where the stage's final tie (3/3) can be found on top. To the right of Scarlet is a box where the wedding ring can be found. Before making the marriage official by giving Scarlet the ring, you can obtain two achievements/trophies. For The Best Man, look for the fish flopping in its seat to the right of the aisle. Set it on the table by Scarlet and put the ring on her finger to earn this achievement/trophy. You can also throw the ring onto Scarlet's finger for the Trickshot-gun wedding achievement/trophy. It can be from any distance, though if you are too close, you may accidentally place the ring onto Scarlet's finger; you can reload the checkpoint before the scene in this case.
Once the ring is on Scarlet's finger, a scene will play that leads into the opening credits. Feel free to swing Octodad's limbs around so that he crashes into the names of the people who worked to create the game. This will lead directly into the second stage.
