Band of Blubbers
Rescue five of your brethren from an awful fate.

This stage acts as a flashback. You should see fish in crates as soon as you begin. Throw five of the fish overboard for an achievement/trophy. Proceed past the fisherman and over the conveyor belt to find a ladder. To the right of the ladder is a fisherman with a cup of coffee. Take the mug and make Octodad drink the coffee by bringing it up to his face, re-energizing him. Climb the ladder and shimmy along the beam in the center to end up in front of a door that leads inside. Once inside, take a key from a locker to the right and use it to open the locked locker to the left. Put on the disguise and walk back outside.

Don't forget to visit the coffee-drinking crew member while dressed as the captain for the achievement/trophy.

Oh Captain, My Captain
Visit with several of your crewmen while dressed as the captain.

Back on the deck, look in the crate by the second conveyor belt you come across (in between two others) to find a tie (1/3) beneath all the fish. Attempt to get to the control room only to be stopped by a request to swab the deck. Grab the mop and run it over the puddles scattered around the deck to complete the objective. Afterward, grab the chain by the side of the ship to hoist the anchor. You can now proceed to the control room, but before that is an achievement/trophy opportunity. Take the right path under the stairs to find the captain's quarters. Put on his hat and suit and visit with five crew members: four in the area that Octodad mopped up and one in the previous area (Octodad stole his coffee earlier). Once the last crew member is visited, the achievement/trophy should pop.

Pull the lever to the right of the wheel to shine a light on Scarlet, and pull the lever to the left to clear a path to her.

Return to the path under the stairs where the entrance to the captain's quarters is located, but walk past it this time. At the end of this path is a set of stairs that you can climb to the control room. In the control room, push the lever to the right of the wheel to shine a light on the ship's bow. This should give you a view of Scarlet, hiding on the ship. Clear the junk off of the map in the center of the control room and then pull the lever to the left of the wheel. This will cause a boat to come crashing into some crates to the left of the control room, clearing a path. Move the boat back out of the way before exiting the control room via the newly-created path.

The fishslap is the ultimate insult.

Beneath the stairs that lead toward Scarlet is a tie (2/3). Climb the crane that Octodad moved in the control room (holding the boat) to find another tie (3/3) at the top. Approach Scarlet at the end of the ship to trigger the entrance of the chef. If playing on Steam, this is your opportunity to grab a fish from the crate and slap the chef with it for an achievement. Follow the simple objectives until the chef turns hostile, at which point a "boss fight" begins. Return to the control room and simply pull the lever controlling the crane to knock the chef overboard with the boat. This concludes the stage.
