Tar War Mage 450 Slows enemies that walk on the floor trap.
  • General upgrades reduce cost to 400, 350 and 300 respectivly. (3/6/13 skulls)
  • Unique 1: Slow effect is greatly increased. (5 skulls)
  • Unique 2: Slow effect persists after leaving the trap. (5 skulls)
