Characters

Pac-Man

The title character himself needs no introduction. You control Pac-Man as you guide him through the mazes and on to victory. Pac-Man's one and only goal is to gobble up every pellet (and power pellet) in the mazes. He must avoid contact with any of the ghosts unless he has eaten one of the four power pellets, which causes them to turn blue and edible. Pac-Man is capable of turning around corners faster than the ghosts. He can also jump over them in order to get away from them. Pac-Man gets 60 points for every pellet eaten, and 300 points for every power pellet. At 100,000 points Pac-Man receives an extra life by default, but this setting can be changed to 50,000 points, 150,000 points or even disabled altogether.

Blinky

The red ghost. If Pac-Man takes too long over the round, he becomes mad and starts moving faster.

Pinky

The pink ghost. He's quite fast and will try to head Pac-Man off at the pass.

Inky

The light blue ghost. He usually follows Clyde and won't confront Pac-Man that often.

Clyde

The orange ghost. He usually follows Inky and won't confront Pac-Man that often.

Sue

The purple ghost. She will chase directly after Pac-Man if she sees him and can move as fast as Blinky.

Funky

The green ghost. After the fourth round, he will appear in pairs and after the fifth round, he will be able to jump, but not as high as Pac-Man.

Spunky

The gray ghost. After the seventh round, he will be able to jump just as high as Pac-Man and on the nineteenth and twenty-third rounds, he will appear in pairs.
