Strength: Fairly useless to Archers. If you plan to yield a melee weapon as an Archer this will somewhat help.
Agility: As for the defensive stats (AGI & VIT), it is up to personal preference. Personally, I use agility for Archers upgrading to either a Hunter or a Bard/Dancer.
Vitality: As for the defensive stats (AGI & VIT), it is up to personal preference.
Intelligence: Useful for both 2nd jobs, as Intelligence raises falcon damage, and allows more spells to be cast.
Dexterity: Perhaps the most important stat for Archers. This is how an Archer deals damage as Bows depend solely on how high the HIT count is, which, in turn, depends on dexterity.
Luck: Useful to Archers planning to become a Hunter/Sniper, as Luck increases the amount of times the falcon will            Auto-blitz
