SimCity 3000/Cheats

Press  Ctrl  +  Alt  +  Shift  +  C  in the game and a small bar will appear on top then type your cheat.

All Buildings

To be able to build every building in the game (Landmarks, Special Buildings, Residential, Commercial and Industrial buildings), do the following: First, open the Power Plants window, then close it by clicking on the X in the corner. Next, open the Awards window, then close it by clicking on the X in the corner. Finally, open the Garbage Disposal window, then close it by clicking on the X in the corner. To build the buildings, open the Landmarks window. Every building in the game will be there. Use with the i am weak code to build everything for free. Note: If you open the Power Plants, Awards, or Garbage Disposal windows after doing this cheat, you'll have to start over.

Buildings and Developement

• call cousin vinnie: causes a new petitioner to appear who offers a $250,000 donation. If you decline, he tells you the password zyxwvu which will enable a Sim City Castle.
• zyxwvu: This cheat only works after declining cousin vinnie's money. Then type zyxwvu in the cheat menu to get the Sim City Castle.
• i am weak: everything is free except demolishing
• i love red tape: enables all ordinances
• nerdz rool: all clean industries will start to develop
• lets make a deal: makes neighbors offer deals
• Pay tribute to your king: enable all reward buildings
• stop forcing advice: stop advisors form giving advice

Utilities

• garbage in, garbage out: All garbage buildings available
• power to the masses: enables all power buildings
• water in the desert: enables all water utilty buildings

Terrain

• Salt on: Turns selected fresh water body to salt water
• Salt off: Turns selected salt water body to fresh water
• terrain one up: raises selected terrain by one tile
• terrain one down: lowers selected terrain by one tile
• terrain ten up: raises selected terrain by ten tile
• terrain ten down: lowers selected terrain by ten tile
• load terrain: Load grayscale picture as terrain

Misc

• UFO Swarm: cause groups of ufos to invade city when disaster is selected
• the birds: cause a flock of birds to fly around the city
• fund: Get the Simoleans

• simon says ...: type in what you want displayed on ticker in "..." area to have the message displayed on the ticker.
