I don't think that the Community Portal should contain navigation as well as a discussion. It leaves the navigation too open to vandalism. I suggest either setting up a forum for discussion, moving it into it's own seperate page, putting in the [[talk:Main Page]] or moving the navigation to a seperate page - Current events?
