When you get to the end of the stage, you'll see that the boss waiting for you is a helicopter, (not the same one from the start). First you will need the Flame Gun or the Spread Gun, then shoot the 4 cannons on the side. When you've shot them all, a giant orb will appear, if you don't shoot it quickly, it will send out alien troops to kill you.
