You should see 2 big arrow signs pointing upwards, and a small square platform beyond them. This platform is a trampoline - when you jump on it you'll leap really high. So line yourself up straight and jump on the trampoline to get to the next catwalk. Go along the blue catwalk and follow it round to the left.
