Mega Man X specific implementation of {{im}}.

Parameters
  1. Type of image; e.g. Enemy. This is part of the filename.
  2. Specific image identifier; e.g. Spiky. This is part of the filename.
  3. File extension (optional; leave blank for .png).
  4. Width in pixels (optional; leave blank for 32).
