Template:Rename

Place this template at the top of any page that needs to be renamed. It'll simply add the page to the category pages needing renaming.
Usage
Please provide a new page name using the first parameter where possible, as bots may be able to automatically rename pages tagged like this in future: {{rename|New page name}}
