The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a text adventure game published and released by Infocom. It is based on the book of the same name, where Arthur Dent wakes up to a bulldozer about to destroy his home, only for the Vogons to arrive a bit later to destroy Earth.

The game was re-released by BBC for the 20th and 30th anniversary editions, and may be played online.
