I removed a line that said the only way to get rid of the ghost is by selling the tombstone. By selling the tombstone or urn, you will delete the link between the Sim and the tombstone - this causes irretrievable corruption to the neighborhood. It will eventually spread and make it unplayable. I added instructions for how to safely get rid of the tombstone without causing corruption to their game.

There's only one way to get rid of a ghost. Sell the tombstone: it's unceremonious but gets rid of the ghost.
'''DO NOT DELETE OR SELL THE TOMBSTONE OR URN, YOU WILL CORRUPT YOUR GAME!'''
There's only one way to safely get rid of a ghost. Move the tombstone to another lot. Using an Active Sim, click on the tombstone and select "Move this Grave" from the pie-menu. A new menu will appear where you will be prompted to select a new lot for the urn/tombstone. The urn/tombstone will then fade away, and a pop-up will notify you that the ghost and it's tombstone have moved to the new lot.
