I'm DrBob, and I'm one of the few bureaucrats here, so watch out! ;-) I mainly work on keeping the wiki tidy, but in my spare time I'm an avid fan of FPS games, and I'm building up the Counter-Strike: Source and Portal guides at a glacial pace.
Personal
I'm a full-time student in England, taking computing, physics, electronics, and lots of maths; I plan to take computer science at university, then move into a job in web development.
Gaming-wise, I'm an FPS player, with my most-played game being Counter-Strike: Source, my favourite game of all time being Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield, and my most-modded games being Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force and Star Trek: Elite Force 2.
I'm a web developer by trade, and my website is tecnocode.co.uk. One of my pet peeves is the use of HTML tables for layout purposes, so if you've created a template which is using a table when it shouldn't be (i.e. not for presenting tabulated data) then I'm going to eat you. Alive.
In the rest of my spare time, I like to contribute to Open-Source projects, and other web development things. I've made contributions to Mozilla Firefox, Elite Force: Total Conversion, ocPortal (I'm the secondary coder there), abxy, and I'm now helping work on Totem amongst other GNOME tasks (mainly bug triaging in Bugzilla).
Friends
So far I've managed to bring four friends in to help with the wiki:

[edit] Scrolling maps Why upload new maps for SMB which are exactly the same as the old ones and change the page to use them? It did nothing to enhance the guide. If you're just learning how to use wikimarkup, try the sandbox, and read our guide. --DrBob (talk) 06:30, 27 January 2008 (CST)
The new maps are not exactly the same and have some minor details i discovered so i replaced them and with better advice/instructions. So please consider unreverting them back to my edit. Thanks.
Gallery
I've taken many screenshots for Counter-Strike: Source and other images, most of which are for the panoramic screenshots I'd like to introduce to the wiki. Here are some of my favourites:
