1 Monday Plant 13 Parsnips. Spoiler You need to harvest at least 13 Parsnips on Spring 5 to unlock Scarecrows and Basic Fertilizer for your Spring 6 planting. Watering 16 crops unlocks destructive crows, and you don't have a Scarecrow. Watering 40 crops in your first week pushes the limits of your energy. You can get 20 extra Strawberries at the end of the month or 20 extra weeks on your Ancient Fruit snowball if you use Parsnip, Potato, Green Bean, and Cauliflower to complete the Community Center Spring Crops bundle on Spring 13 and get a Speed Gro reward for it. You can plant Potato on Spring 5 or 6 after your first Parsnips are harvested. You need to plant Cauliflower today. And since it's economical to have Green Bean repeating all month, why not plant one now and bring your Parsnips total to the minimum 13 required to level up for Scarecrow and Fertilizer recipes? Either stick to 15 exactly or go big at the risk losing Cauliflower and Green Bean and running low on time and energy. If you go big, you may want to stick to Parsnips and forget about getting Deluxe Speed Gro on your Strawberries. Cut tree tops til 11a (50+) Spoiler Topping trees instead of chopping them all the way is the fastest way to unlock tree seeds and Tappers (to get Oak Resin for Kegs to make big Summer Pale Ale income with Hops) with your limited energy. In addition, stumps on your farm keep dropping seeds until you remove them. (Off your farm they don't drop seeds; they grow back.) Stardew Valley/First Spring

Day 1

• Consider "Always Show Tool Hit Location"
• Arrange tools in your backpack intuitively. No. Not a walkthrough tip.
• Ship fiber and clay day 1.
• Pick up any Dandelion, Leek, Daffodil, etc. you see (include images) on your first trip to the store.
• Consider returning from the store around its back where there is a fountain and playground to forage.
• At the store, go to the greenish counter and interact with the cash register to the left.
• Biggest challenges on Day 1 are energy (foraged L, WH, and SO) and pack space (wood for a chest).
• To save energy and pack space by chopping no rocks, find the Cindersap Forest to the south by starting directly south from mailbox.
• It starts to get dark at 7:30, which makes it hard to recognize (L, D, and WH)
• After planting your 40 parsnips and clearing wood here and there, it will be all you can do to cut down even one tree.
• At the end of the day, ship all your Clay, Fiber, and Daffodils. Trash your mixed seeds or save them for Spring 14-16 when you have more energy and stamina.

Spring 1: Got all but 1 tree for chest. Spring 2: Fairy came and gave me some Parsnips. Went fishing for at least 1/2 day as specified right in front of Willy's and on NE lake island. Spring 3: Weeds, wood, forage, fish. Wiki should recommend the 120 around scarecrow "box with flaps" layout.
