Welcome to StrategyWiki!

Hello Pyro maniac! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the community portal talk page. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- DrBob (Talk) 13:05, 5 July 2007 (CDT)

Copyright violations

Your contribution to the Kingdom Hearts II guide had to be deleted, as it was a straight copyright violation of [1]. All contributions to StrategyWiki have to be licensed under the GFDL, and this source wasn't. In future, could you please write (or rewrite) content yourself, or copy it from GFDL-licensed sources. Thanks, and happy editing! --DrBob (Talk) 13:05, 5 July 2007 (CDT)

Writing style

Hi Pyromaniac. I'm afraid that your writing style inside of guide content is inappropriate for StrategyWiki. At all times you must:

  1. Maintain a NPOV (Neutral Point of View). That includes never using first-person references such as "I", "me", or "myself". You are not the sole author of a guide, so there is no reason to refer to yourself.
  2. Adhere to proper English spellings. No internet shortcuts or slang is allowed. "y'all" is not acceptable.

Please try to keep these points in mind as you continue to contribute to the site. Contributions that you have already made that violated these rules will have to be corrected. Thank you very much. Procyon (Talk) 08:27, 6 July 2007 (CDT)
