::I hear that. I checked the site this morning and it appeared to be functioning at less than full capacity, as you had pointed out. That's pretty disappointing. My reasoning for putting the link there was that I had used it with great success and that I planned to attend to that part of the guide later, but wanted something up in the meantime. I'll take care of it. Oh, and I am only an applicant in the PhD process right now, I haven't decided who I am going to choose.
