Advanced Techniques[edit]
"Web Slinging": Batman has the ability to use his hook to travel by swinging through the ceilings. By using the bat hook with 
wait until Batman fully swings to one side then release from it with and immediately press to swing again. Keep on repeating to travel forward just like a certain "wall-crawler".
Hook Punch: It's not really an advanced technique, it's more of a strategy. As you might know, once you collect Batarangs you end using one every time Batman punches. So if you want to save some for later you can punch with the Bat Hook and not waste a single one. Be aware when you are fighting in small areas because Batman will start swinging.
Batman[edit]
Batman is here to do what he does best, fight crime in Gotham City and it's up to him once again to go out and stop the Joker. He is packed with his wide array of moves, being able to punch, throw batarangs, use his bat hook, and wall jump to help him get through the many stages. Batman has bars on top that represent his life and deplete when attacked, but you can get life back by grabbing Hearts and even increasing the overall number if you grab a Heart Up. Once Batman's life is fully gone it is Game Over and you must use one of your 4 remaining continues to keep on playing. A Game Over can also happen if Batman falls in a bottomless pit.
