Cutscene: Marine Sergeant Blackburn is handcuffed at a table. Another man approaches and removes his handcuffs. A third man enters the room and begins to question Blackburn about a terror plot which he claims is happening today in New York and which he knows how to stop. He says that Solomon and the PLR are planning the attack. When asked where he heard about Solomon and the PLR, he says that it was 9 months ago during Operation Swordbreaker in Iraqi Kurdistan.
Cutscene: You, Blackburn, are in a vehicle with four squadmates, Campo, Chaffin, Matkovic and Montes, on the way to a job in Iraq. They briefly discuss the mission.
Follow your squad into a side street. Listen to the mission briefing. Follow your squad through some buildings. When you reach an open road and the vehicle has passed, follow Matkovic to a door and follow him through. There is then a quicktime event.
Kill the enemies in the car park, move forwards and then kill the next wave of enemies. Follow your squad into the building and upstairs. Run past the windows and kill the enemies who enter through the nearby door. Follow your squad onto the roof.
Follow your squad across the roof using cover, then crawl to the corner of the roof. Pick up the RPG, then when your squad provide suppressing fire shoot the RPG at the target. Follow your squad to the other corner of the roof and shoot any enemies on the street below and the balconies opposite. Follow your squad across the rooftops and down to ground level.
Follow your squad into the building, kill the enemies in the corridor, then follow your squad out the back door onto the main road.
Follow the red wire heading from the van, down the stairs and into the building. Go down the stairs and crawl through the vent, following the wire. Drop through the hole and interact with the device. There is then a quicktime event. Go back up the stairs and out of the building.
Kill the enemies on the street then go up onto the walkway and pick up the M249 LMG. Kill the enemies approaching on the road. Follow your squad back to a car with a mounted gun. Use the gun and kill the enemies approaching from the road opposite.
Cutscene: There is an earthquake and a building falls towards you.
