Cosmoswat is a light gun arcade game that was put out by Namco in 1984; it runs on its own unique hardware (a singular Motorola M6809 microprocessor running at 1.536 MHz), and is a space-themed reskin of Shoot Away (which was released earlier in the same year). The players must take it in turns to try and save the universe from the evil "Cosmopirates", by using a pair of light guns to fire shots at incoming targets (which are projected by the game's main body onto its screen and take three hits to destroy) - and the main body shall also display how the active player is progressing during their turn.
