In-game Controls

Movement

Moving

This game has a full 3D World. That's why, movement is important in order to explore your world.

• - Move/Run
• + - Dash
• (Hold) - Jump
• - Flash Jump. Also Replacement Technique (counter attack enemy attacks).
• (Jump towards wall)+ - Wall Jump. Wall Jump combos are possible.

Attacking

Attacking

On most stages, and between stages (when running on the map), you will encounter enemies which you need/should defeat. Sometime you have to, sometimes you don't. Killing enemies give you Virtue (Much like Experience points; small blue spheres. You must collect them in order to use them later). You can spend the Virtue on the Level Up Screen.

• - Weak Attack
• - Strong Attack.

Note: On most cases, a weak attack combo is stronger then a strong attack combo. Just press the buttons repeatedly.

• - Attack using an item. You must have an item equipped to use this one.
• - Lock On. Lock on an enemy and face him all the time. Lock on expires if the distance between you and your target becomes too big.
• and - Attack with Ninjutsu (use a Jutsu).

Misc Controls

• - Change Character. If you have more then one character on a stage, you can switch between them.
• (With P2 controller) - Join the game with a selected character.
• {With P2 controller, while playing) - Leave the game.

Note: The second player cannot change characters using . To switch, he must leave the game, and reenter with the desired character.

Tips

• Using Shadow Clones - When with Naruto or Kakashi, creates 4 or 1 Shadow Clone(s) accordingly. The clones may be used for attacking, and may also be used for exploring. Shadow Clones will run and point at any object worth watching. Though it drains your Chakra.

• Items - When you kill an enemy it will drop at least one of these items:
  1. Virtue Orb - Collect those and you can improve your character on the Level Up Screen.
  2. Chakra Orb - Collect these to recover your Chakra.
  3. Health Orb - Collect these to recover your Health.
  4. Item Bag - Contains items or money.
  5. Attack Item - Can be used by using . Items belong to both players, and if one uses it, it decreases for both players. Only one item is allowed to be equipped at a time.
