It is the 21st century, and Doc Yoshiyama, a scients and computer engineer, has developed an artificial intelligence called C-Life. Eventually, he falls in love with the C-Life girl he created. He uploads himself into the C-Life computer. Later, Pulseman, a half-human, half C-Life child, was born. When Doc Yoshiyama emerged out of the computer, living in the computer for a long time turned him into an evil version of himself, Doc Waruyama. Doc Waruyama now terrorizes the world with the Galaxy Gang. Can Pulseman stop his father from destroying the world?
