Arguably one of the best light cruisers in the game, this ship far surpasses the Kuma and the Atlanta in terms of raw firepower. While it lacks the Atlanta's number of flak cannons, the Cleveland has 6" guns, which cause considerably more damage, but the same reload as a destroyer's guns. This makes the Cleveland operate more like a heavy cruiser.
