Punching bags appear in front of your face and your job is to hit them repeatedly until they become weak enough for you to punch them off their chains. A punching bag is colored differently to show how hard it is to knock them off.  Brown is the weakest, then silver, and black is the strongest. A pie meter appears whenever you hit a punching bag. This depletes as the bag gets weaker. You must use both the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk in this practice.

Getting a good rhythm is the way to make up combos. The more you hit the bag without missing, the more powerful your punches will be. The easiest is to jab with the right hand and then jab with the left hand, then repeat the process. The longer you can keep the rhythm, the more bags you can knock off and the higher your score!
