Once you have collected them both, you will have to jump onto another static iceberg, before proceeding to jump onto a third static iceberg - and once you have done so, a third miniaturized version of the Twin Girasu will come floating towards you, while curling its left head up into a fist-like ball (and spitting lightning bolts from its right head at you).
