Additions to K-Style Guide[edit]

Going to add more stuff on the usage of the techniques, and the strategy behind them. --Kawufix 14:43, 26 November 2006 (CST)

New Edits[edit]

Flash climb is incorrect, as that refers to Flash Step. Reload Swapshot and Fast Med are versions of Swapshot, and Reload Shot is already covered later on. Hybrid doesn't exist - what supposedly defines it is that it uses tactics from E-Style and K-Style techniques, but in reality, all K-Stylers use E-Style techniques, and therefore, using that definition, everyone is a hybrid; however, this is obviously not true, so the accepted definition is that E-Style is without any cancelling, and K-Style is any style with cancelling. Half-tumble is a combo, and isn't its own step. Slash-medding isn't its own step from Slashshot. Insta-fall edit rewording. Turtle is a tactic, and isn't a technique. Create a new section if you want to include all tactics used in Gunz - this is only a simple reference for the list of techniques in Gunz. --Kawufix 18:51, 2 January 2007 (CST)

Never mind Flash Climb. --Kawufix 18:58, 2 January 2007 (CST)

All editors (in advance)[edit]

Use the same format to show the movements in a technique. All capital letters, a "->" between each, lots of spacing out, and anything else I missed. These may be used as part of steps:

  • JUMP
  • SLASH
  • SWITCH TO GUN/MELEE/(other)
  • DASH
  • WALLJUMP
  • WALLRUN
  • BLOCK
  • LAUNCH
  • LUNGE
  • x AND HOLD
  • FACE x
  • SPECIAL-ATTACK
  • MASSIVE STRIKE
  • x AT x or x WHILE x (do this at/while something)
  • TAP RELOAD (although this should not be added in; each step should only be listed as the minimum that makes it up)
  • SAFEFALL (no steps with this yet though)

Add if I forgot anything. --Kawufix 20:08, 13 February 2007 (CST)
