This walkthrough is inspired by one by Ez8 taken from FAQ written by Scott "Zoogz" Jamison.
Sadly I could not achieve Gold Medal with the above walkthrough, as it appears to be based on an earlier game version, so I analysed and fixed it for the version of the game that was available to me, v1.06.
