Japanese characters[edit]

I'm changing 書 (the character for "write") to the hiragana あ which is more or less the Japanese equivalent to our "A". As for the link, I'm also changing ア to あ as well, but not only because hiragana is more prevalent, but because the unicode character ranges start earlier for hiragana than they do for katakana: the hiragana range is U+3040 – U+309F, whereas the katakana range starts right after at U+30A0 – U+30FF. echelontalk 17:19, 24 July 2007 (CDT)
