Here is some details on what this template represents:
Button Combo
Hitbox Animation (.gif)
Move Name
Duration (in frames)
Hit Frames
Damage (Range of percents for smash attacks, unspammed strength for other attacks)
Range (Area that the hitbox reaches)
Knockback (Pitch velocity on hit against Mario, and angle at which the hit sends without DI)
Angle (Angle at which the character is sent after the attack). Priority
IASA (Frame)

Defensive moves like ledge tactics and dodging need a different template, also projectile moves like the boomerang or fireball might also need some modification.
