Tornado Outbreak features two different endings that depend on the player's decisions in the game's level. Regardless of both endings, Omegaton is defeated and killed.
Normal Ending[edit]
Zephyr is successful at defeating Omegaton as the Wind Warriors vow to rescue the trapped Stone Stompers and Water Whirls that were exiled to Earth by Omegaton. He rallies his Wind Warriors for support with Nimbus, as they make plans to scavenge various locations around Earth once more in search for the hidden rock and water elementals.
Final Ending[edit]
The Final Ending is the alternate ending to Tornado Outbreak that is unlocked if Zephyr is successful at rescuing all of the Stone Stompers and Water Whirls on Earth. He decides to put the L.O.A.D. STARR, a machine given to him by Omegaton to use one last time to send the Stone Stompers and Water Whirls back to their homeworld. Feeling tired and proud of their accomplishments, Zephyr alongside Nimbus and the Wind Warriors leave Earth for good, returning back to Harmonium, located within the Nadam Galaxy.
